  5. No alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are permitted at any event.
  6. Players are responsible for their personal belongings; P9 Card Game is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
  7. Any player found engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be removed from the event at the discretion of event staff.

3. Policies for Minors

P9 Card Game prioritizes the safety and well-being of minors attending our events. The following policies apply:

3.1 Players Under 12

  • All players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the event or tournament.
  • The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s well-being and behavior throughout the event.

3.2 Players Aged 12 to 17

  • Players aged 12 to 17 may attend an event unaccompanied but must be brought to the event and picked up at the end by a parent, guardian, or an authorized delegate.
  • The responsible adult must provide emergency contact details to event staff at check-in.
  • If an event extends beyond regular hours or includes travel, written parental or guardian consent may be required.

4. Emergency Procedures

  • Fire exits and emergency exits will be clearly marked, and their locations will be announced at the start of each event.
  • In the event of an emergency, players should follow staff instructions and proceed to designated safe zones.
  • Parents/guardians should ensure their child understands basic emergency procedures before attending an event.

5. Food and Allergy Considerations

  • If food or drink is provided at an event, players must inform event staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
  • P9 Card Game is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or consumption of external food and beverages.

6. Liability and Waivers

  • By attending an event, participants and/or their guardians acknowledge that participation is at their own risk.
  • P9 Card Game and affiliated venues are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages sustained during events unless caused by proven negligence.
